Background

Current — executive leadership of a live scale-up
I am currently leading a technology-enabled software business through its scale-up transition inside a major U.S. banking ecosystem — with accountability for revenue and platform growth, commercialization, operational modernization and organizational alignment in a complex, regulated environment. Active executive leadership in a live transformation, not retrospective advisory.

Scaling & Modernizing Operational Businesses
Multiple executive roles involving scaling operationally complex businesses through commercialization modernization and organizational change — SaaS and BPaaS transition, recurring revenue evolution, product lifecycle simplification and moving historically hardware-centric organizations toward software and service models. The consistent pattern: strong operational foundations needing commercial and organizational evolution without losing executional capability.

Retail, Payments & Cash Automation
Significant commercial and operational leadership across retail technology, payments, cash automation and banking-adjacent ecosystems — including self-service retail modernization, drive-thru operational environments, large-scale deployment programs, payment choice enablement and cash ecosystem transformation. Environments characterized by operational scale, regulatory context and distributed infrastructure, where modernization is as much operational and organizational as technological.

International Leadership: 30+ Countries, Six Continents
Leadership roles spanning more than 30 countries and six continents — through multinational product launches, cross-border operational programs and leadership environments across substantially different business cultures and organizational contexts. The operational value of that exposure is not geographic breadth. It is pattern recognition: understanding what creates organizational complexity, what transfers when scaling across markets, and how to lead in environments where standard assumptions regularly need to be tested.

Enterprise Transformation & Commercial Growth
Led consumer industries and retail consulting globally, as well as software business units and Agile transformation practices for major multinational technology and services organizations. Work spanned enterprise retail transformation, large-scale solution architecture, strategic consulting, commercial growth and multinational client leadership — in some cases contributing to more than $1 billion in aggregate contract value. Applied cross-functional transformation methods, visual consulting and structured facilitation approaches that predated most of what later became standard practice in enterprise consulting environments.

Early Innovation & Connected Commerce
In the late 1990s, led development of an internet-connected consumer appliance years before smart homes, connected kitchens and consumer IoT became mainstream. The project anticipated online grocery ordering and integrated digital commerce years before either became commercially mainstream. Built on genuine technical foundations in retail store systems, electronic payment and enterprise commerce — working, commercially positioned and evidenced, not a concept. It received international television, newspaper and technology media coverage and was showcased inside a major global software company’s Home of the Future and at a prominent U.S. innovation attraction.
